ABOUT THE GAME

The farmer is looking for you, escape until you can unleash your hidden power!

#GMTKJam  "The Farmer & The Chicken" was made for GMTK Game Jam 2023. The theme was "Roles Reversed" so I  make a game where the player is a chicken and it must escape from the farmer, but each certain time it will get the hability to unlock his hidden power and reverse the roles.

The player must survive over 3 minutes to win, also get the most points possible. If he gets caught game over.

HOW TO PLAY

You control the chicken, use arrow keys or "wasd" to move. 
Avoid the farmer over 3 minutes to win and get items to obtain points!.
Every certain time you can use "The chicken hidden power" with the space bar, take care the power will gone after a few seconds and it will need recharge.

DOWNLOAD AND PLAY

Either install using the itch.io app or download files, unzip, open the .exe file. The game should start automatically.

KNOW ISSUES

• it's recommended play in 1920x1080 resolution, Other resolutions may cause errors in the menu.
• Some typo errors (sorry 😅)
